Hi, I am Jesús Álvarez

I am a software developer with a lifelong passion for computers and programming. Solving problems with code is what I enjoy the most about my work. My love affair with technology began at the age of 12, when my aunt bought a computer with Windows 97 and showed me the amazing world of video games. I was amazed and hooked from that moment on. During my high school years, one of my uncles gave me a Sony programmable calculator, and I taught myself Basic programming, writing simple programs and fueling my desire to learn more.

I am originally from Venezuela, but due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis, I had to flee to Mexico where I currently reside with my spouse of nearly a decade and our six-year-old son. In my free time, I love to read history novels and indulge in fantasy, with a special interest in the history of the Roman empire. I am also a huge fan of Real Madrid CF and love following the team.
